Simulation

MokkaC is a Geant4-based simulation tool developed at CEPC as independent branch, based on Mokka. It works well at the pre-CDR and CDR stage of CEPC. DD4Hep is also considered as another simulation tool for CEPC in future.

Digitization

Currently, we use some simple digitizations from ILCSoft, which smear the positions of track hits by their expected resolution. And the centers of cells are regarded as the positions of those calorimeter hits, the deposited energy from Geant4 as the energy of the hits directly. More detail and more real digitization for silicon-based tracker are ongoing.
